Kit Digital is an initiative of the Government of Spain designed to promote the digital transformation of small businesses, micro-enterprises, and self-employed individuals. Through direct non-refundable grants (digital vouchers), tattoo studios can implement certified management, scheduling, and invoicing tools that optimize processes, attract clients, and comply with current tax regulations.

Tablet signatures and health consents

How are health consents encrypted and stored on the tablet?
When clients sign the hygiene-health questionnaire on the studio tablet, an unalterable PDF is generated via DocuSeal digital signature infrastructure. Sensitive medical data (allergies, conditions) is encrypted with military-grade AES-256 and stored independently on Cloudflare R2 and Neon PostgreSQL under a fully isolated multi-tenant architecture.
Who is legally responsible for my clients' health data?
Your tattoo studio is the sole Data Controller for your clients' data. Mance Tech Consulting, S.L. acts only as Data Processor (technology custodian), ensuring encrypted storage and secure custody in compliance with GDPR, without any commercial use of your information.
What legal validity do tablet signatures have during an inspection?
Full probative validity. Each recorded consent includes a non-repudiable digital fingerprint with biometric signature, exact date, time, and device IP. The system also automatically sends a PDF copy to the client via WhatsApp (official Meta API) or email (Resend), ensuring durable medium delivery as required by law.

Tax compliance and anti-fraud law (Veri*factu)

Does Soul-ink comply with the Veri*factu Regulation (RD 1007/2023)?
Yes, 100%. Mance Tech has issued the corresponding Declaration of Conformity. The Soul-ink Invoice module strictly meets the integrity, retention, traceability, and immutability requirements set by the Spanish Tax Agency, preventing manipulation or concealment of income.
How does the software ensure invoices cannot be altered?
The database uses cryptographic chaining with the SHA-256 algorithm. Each new invoice contains a code mathematically calculated from the previous invoice, creating an unalterable chain. Any attempt to delete or modify an invoice would break the digital fingerprint and be detected immediately by the system.
Can I automatically submit invoices to the AEAT Electronic Office?
Yes. The application includes a connectivity toggle that lets you activate Veri*factu Mode for automatic, instant telematic submission of billing records to the Tax Agency, adding the QR code and legal marking to your PDF invoices.

Kit Digital subsidy and application process

Do I have to pay anything for the Soul-ink subscription?
The software licence is 100% subsidised (€0) thanks to the Kit Digital voucher funded by European NextGenerationEU funds. The only non-subsidisable item under Spanish law is VAT on the implementation invoice, which is fully deductible in your quarterly tax return.
What if I haven't applied for my Acelera Pyme digital voucher yet?
